Laser 2

Our main racing boat. Provides super hot racing and goes like a bullet in the heavy winds. The club has 8 of these boats and we use them to hone our racing skills, especially for team racing. They are great for any level of sailor and all have stupid names. We use these boats for the BUSA nationals as well as team racing events throughout the country.

RS 800

The flagship of the fleet, this skiff is extremely fast and great fun to sail. Good sailors will love this speed machine and the club will endeavour to let everyone have a go in them if they wish. We will be entering these boats for the nationals as well as for any RS open meetings.

RS Vision

Our training boats. We have two RS Visions and believe they are the perfect boats for teach people how to sail. Deep hulled and stable we can teach up to any level in these boats. They also have a trapeze and asymmetric spinnaker to train people in these skills before they move into faster, lighter boats.

Laser 3000

A fast, flat hulled, gennaker equipped boat ideal for progressing onto after the RS Vision. Very easy to sail, this boat can be sailed by one or two people. A good chance to develop one’s sailing skills before progressing onto faster boats like the RS 800.
